Advertisers must not claim to be licensed, certified or authorised when they are not.
Vehicle listings should accurately disclose relevant information such as:
Advertisers must not deliberately conceal material information.
Property listings must be submitted only by persons or businesses with appropriate authority to advertise.
Where applicable, advertisers should accurately state:
Job advertisements must contain genuine employment opportunities.
Employers and recruitment providers are responsible for compliance with UAE employment and recruitment laws.
Fake jobs, fraudulent recruitment schemes and misleading employment offers are prohibited.
Service providers must accurately describe:
Duplicate, repetitive or spam listings may be removed.
Users must not publish content involving illegal activities, fraud, prohibited goods, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, malware, gambling, terrorism or other prohibited content.
UAE online-content guidance expressly identifies several of these categories as prohibited.

Publication of a listing does not transfer responsibility from the Advertiser to Emaratplace.
The Advertiser remains responsible for the listing and any transaction resulting from it.
Users must comply with all applicable UAE federal and local laws and regulations.
These Guidelines do not replace any licence, permit, approval or regulatory requirement applicable to the Advertiser.
