If you believe a listing on Emaratplace is fraudulent, misleading, prohibited, unlawful or otherwise violates our policies, please report it.
You can report a listing for:
- Fraud or suspected scam;
- Fake or misleading information;
- Counterfeit goods;
- Stolen goods;
- Prohibited products or services;
- Privacy violations;
- Copyright or trademark infringement;
- Fake jobs;
- Unauthorised business activity;
- Suspicious payment requests;
- Abusive or threatening content;
- Other policy violations.
How to Report
Fill in the form below or contact us directly:
Please provide:
- Listing ID;
- Listing URL, where available;
- Reason for the report;
- Relevant evidence or explanation;
- Your contact details, if you wish to receive a response.
Review Process
Emaratplace may review reported listings and may take appropriate action, including:
- Requesting additional information;
- Restricting the listing;
- Removing the listing;
- Suspending an account;
- Taking other measures permitted by our policies and applicable law.
Not every report will necessarily result in removal.
Where legally required or appropriate, Emaratplace may cooperate with competent authorities.
Emergency Situations: If you believe there is an immediate threat to life, safety or security, contact the relevant UAE emergency or law-enforcement authority rather than relying solely on the Platform reporting process.
Important: Do not confront or threaten a suspected scammer or engage in unlawful action yourself.
