Emaratplace does not guarantee that every listing will be reviewed before publication.
Users must have the legal right to upload photographs, videos, logos, text, trademarks and other content.
Users must not upload material that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights.
Emaratplace may remove content where it receives a credible infringement complaint or otherwise reasonably believes that the content may violate applicable law or rights.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Emaratplace's Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data-protection requirements.
Users must not publish another person's private or sensitive information without lawful authority.
The UAE's federal cyber-law framework includes Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 concerning Personal Data Protection.
Users must comply with applicable UAE laws governing online content, electronic communications, advertising, privacy, intellectual property and cybercrime.
The UAE's official guidance identifies prohibited online-content categories including fraud, phishing, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, prohibited goods and services, gambling, terrorism, malware and unlawful activities.
Advertising content must be truthful, clear and not misleading.
Advertisers are responsible for complying with any licensing, advertising and regulatory requirements applicable to their business or activity.
Where Emaratplace offers paid services, applicable fees, payment terms, renewal conditions and cancellation rules will be displayed before purchase.
Additional terms may apply to premium listings, advertisements, subscriptions, featured placements or other paid services.
Listings may contain links or contact information relating to third parties.
Emaratplace does not control or guarantee third-party websites, products or services.
Users access third-party services at their own risk.
We aim to keep Emaratplace available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, security incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Information published by Users is provided by the relevant Advertiser.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emaratplace does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, legality, quality, ownership, safety, availability or condition of products or services advertised by Users.
